Change date until the membership fee must be paid from 23rd Februrary to 31st March. This is easier for our treasurer to handle and it easier to check which members have the right to vote at the GA as the GA must be held in the first quarter of the year. So every person which was member in the previous year can vote on the GA and those who have paid the membership fee for the current year
