fix: define ansible_managed to avoid error

ansible_managed is only available in templates. This is a workaround.

# Gateway Setup

Installs fflux gateways.

Note: auth file need to be added manually.

For new gateways:

- update ansible host files + concerning ips and mac addresses
- new fastd keys need to be generated manually.
