style: make initial-gw-setup conform MORE to the linter

Not perfect yet, but much better.
Issues right now lie with shell usage & permissions.

# Gateway Setup

Installs fflux gateways.

Note: auth file need to be added manually.

For new gateways:

- update ansible host files + concerning ips and mac addresses
- new fastd keys need to be generated manually.
