This states that every member is obligated, to help the organisation where he
can, and that they are obligated to pay the fees (if applicable)

This just states that every member has the right to use all facilities which
the organisation provides!

Added 'natürliche' to IV/2

These bans all legal persons (like other organisation or companies) to become
a member.

I think that we should not allow companies etc.. to become a member of the
organisation, because we need to stay neutral! Besides also the german CCC has
this in it's statutes

Added more objectives

These are merely copy pasted from the statutes of the german CCC. I think that
especially these also apply to us, so I included them!

Added 'mindestens' into VI/2

This clears up, that we can also set the date of the GA earlier and don't need
to exactly set the date on a meeting which is exactly 28 before the GA.
